Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is frustrating medical condition with multifactorial etiology, it is often difficult to identify the cause making treatment mostly empirical. It affects about 1-2% pregnancies and causes lot of emotional trauma as well. This book aims to look at RPL in a systematic manner exploring each cause and offering evidence based treatment approach.
